Lead Care Launch Offer
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: December 17, 2025
These Promotion Terms apply to the $5,000 Google Ads Credit offered by Funnel Fabric in connection with the Lead Care Launch Package (the “Promotion”). These Promotion Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Funnel Fabric Master Services Agreement and/or Order Form (the “Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Agreement, these Promotion Terms control only with respect to the Promotion.
1) Definitions
- “Funnel Fabric” means Funnel Fabric, LLC (or the applicable contracting entity).
- “Client” means the customer entering into the Agreement.
- “Services” means the services described in the Agreement, including the Lead Care Team and related implementation.
- “Google Ads Credit” means promotional credits of up to $5,000 applied toward Client’s service invoices as described in these Promotion Terms.
- “Google Ads Account” means Client’s Google Ads account used for advertising spend and reporting.
2) No Affiliation With Google
Funnel Fabric is not affiliated with Google LLC. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. This Promotion is offered solely by Funnel Fabric.
3) Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for, earn, and receive any Google Ads Credit, Client must:
- Execute an Agreement for the Lead Care Launch Package.
- Pay the setup fee of $3,995 and the monthly service fee of $3,995 for the first three (3) months, in full and on time.
- Remain in good standing under the Agreement, including timely payment and compliance with cooperation requirements.
- Provide Funnel Fabric with reasonable access, approvals, and information required to perform the Services (for example CRM access, call tracking, website and form access, and access to reporting systems).
- Maintain an active Google Ads Account in Client’s name and provide Funnel Fabric access reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and support the Services.
Funnel Fabric may deny, pause, or revoke eligibility if Client fails to meet these requirements.
4) What the $5,000 Google Ads Credit Is
- The Google Ads Credit is a promotional service credit, applied to Client invoices issued by Funnel Fabric.
- The Google Ads Credit is not a payment toward Google Ads charges and does not reduce charges billed by Google.
- Client remains responsible for all advertising spend and all third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- The Promotion provides up to $5,000 in Google Ads Credit per Client account.
5) How the Google Ads Credit Is Applied
Unless otherwise stated on the Order Form, the Google Ads Credit:
- Is earned only after Client has paid the setup fee and the first three monthly service fees on time and in full.
- Is applied as invoice credits over up to three (3) invoice cycles following eligibility being satisfied.
- May be conditioned on completion of implementation milestones required for proper service delivery (for example tracking, call routing, speed-to-lead workflows, appointment-setting workflows, and reporting readiness).
- Will not be applied to past-due balances and will not be applied while Client is in breach of the Agreement.
Funnel Fabric may require documentation or account access to confirm eligibility before applying any credit.
6) No Cash Value; Non-Transferable
The Google Ads Credit:
- has no cash value and will not be paid in cash or by check,
- is non-transferable and non-assignable,
- may not be resold or exchanged,
- applies only to the Client entity named in the Agreement.
7) Cannot Be Combined
The Promotion may not be combined with other discounts, credits, negotiated pricing, or promotions unless Funnel Fabric agrees in writing.
8) Suspension, Termination, and Forfeiture
The Google Ads Credit may be reduced, paused, or forfeited if:
- Client is late on any payment,
- Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute,
- Client cancels, pauses, or materially reduces Services during the earning or credit-application period,
- Client fails to provide required access, approvals, or cooperation within reasonable timelines,
- Funnel Fabric reasonably believes fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Promotion is occurring.
If the Agreement terminates for any reason, any unused or unearned Google Ads Credit is forfeited.
9) Advertising Responsibility and No Performance Guarantees
Client acknowledges:
- Client owns and controls the Google Ads Account, including billing.
- Client is responsible for all advertising charges billed by Google and any third parties.
- Funnel Fabric does not guarantee specific results, including leads, appointments, revenue, cost per lead, cost per appointment, or return on ad spend. Outcomes depend on factors outside Funnel Fabric’s control (including budget, market conditions, competition, seasonality, offer, pricing, capacity, and Client responsiveness).
10) 30-Day Last-Payment Guarantee (First Six Months)
If Client terminates within the first six (6) months of service, Client may be eligible for a refund of Client’s most recent monthly service payment if all conditions are met:
- Client submits a written refund request to [support email] within 30 days of the date the most recent monthly service payment was made.
- Client is current on all payments and has not initiated any chargebacks or disputes.
- Client has provided reasonable cooperation and required access during the service period.
Exclusions: The setup fee is non-refundable. Third-party costs (including ad spend, software fees, phone/SMS usage, and payment processing fees) are non-refundable. Any Google Ads Credit applied will reduce any refund amount on a dollar-for-dollar basis. If a refund is issued, any remaining unused or unearned Google Ads Credit is forfeited.
11) Taxes
Client is responsible for any taxes related to the Promotion, if applicable.
12) Changes and Discontinuation
Funnel Fabric may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively reduce credits already earned by an eligible Client in good standing, except as required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse.
13) General
All other terms of the Agreement remain in effect.
